Terms of Service

General Terms

Clients agree to pay for the services provided by West-End Registries through the website RegistryAgent.ca, at the current rates established by West-End Registries for those services, which are stated and updated on this website.

Once the payment has been approved, the requested product or service will be completed and returned by email at the email address provided or by the alternate delivery method selected where available. Fees are non-refundable, even if it is later determined that an incorrect service was requested. For possible exceptions, please see the Refund Policy below.

Delivery Policy

All products are returned to the client at the email address provided or alternate delivery method available where applicable.

Generally, requests are completed within hours, though may be delayed if outside business hours or in the event of technical difficulties. In these situations, the client will receive their results as soon as their request has been completed.

Refund Policy

In the event we cannot process your request for any reason, your fees will be refunded directly to the credit card you provided for payment.

Once a request has been completed, fees are non-refundable, even if it is later determined that an incorrect service was requested.
