Which corporation is filing its annual return?

Every Alberta corporation files an annual return in the month it was incorporated. Missing it eventually strikes the corporation from the register, and bringing it back costs far more than the return.

Name of corporation

Exactly as it appears on the certificate of incorporation, including the legal ending (Ltd., Inc., Corp.).

Corporate access number

Printed at the top of every certificate and reminder from Corporate Registry. It begins with 20 or 21 for the corporations we can file online.

Email address for the corporation's file

The address Corporate Registry keeps on the corporation's file. Next year's reminder goes there.
