What you will need
- The corporation's current name and corporate access number, if known.
- The new name, unless you are changing to a numbered corporation.
- Your NUANS report, if you already have one for the new name. Otherwise, we can order it for you.
- The name and email address of the director requesting the change.
- Contact details and identification for the person placing the order.
We prepare the corporation name change and email you a pre-registration confirmation to approve. Once approved, we file with Alberta Corporate Registry and email you the filed documents.
