What you need
Your certificate of incorporation (legal name, registry number and incorporation date), the share classes in your articles, office addresses, directors and their appointment dates, officers and shareholdings.
After payment, we generate two PDFs for staff review, then email them once reviewed. Your book includes pages where you can insert your incorporation documents and NUANS report, if applicable. No ID upload is required.
