Dissolving a Trade Name or Partnership
If a trade name or a partnership no longer wishes to operate business under their registered name, or wishes to inactivate the business name, must submit notification indicating that the business has ceased under that business name.
Note: Dissolution of a partnership can be submitted by any one of partners.
