Step 1 of 7 · Corporation

Which corporation is registering in Alberta?

A corporation formed in another province, territory or federally keeps its home name and number; Alberta registers it so it can carry on business here. We arrange a NUANS report if needed, included in the registration price.

Where the corporation was incorporated. Choose Canada for a federal (CBCA) corporation.

Non-profit, professional and foreign (outside Canada) corporations can't be registered online — please contact us.

From British Columbia, Saskatchewan or Manitoba? Those provinces and Alberta are partners under the New West Partnership Trade Agreement. See newwestpartnershiptrade.ca for how.

Not from one of those provinces? Change the home jurisdiction above to carry on.

Enter the full name exactly as registered, including the legal ending and any number, such as 1234567 Ontario Inc.
